Under-bridge platform hire
This trailer-mounted under-bridge platform can be brought to your site. Saving lengthy scaffold and rental costs, this unit erects in a single lane in five minutes – minimising traffic disruption. It provides a platform for bridge maintenance workers and materials up to a maximum of 455 kilograms, allowing work underneath the bridge in a 100 percent safe environment.
The platform conforms to Australian Standards and allows safe work access on and off the platform. The working platform has a maximum length of 9.7 metres, and with its adjustable drop depth of up to 5.5 metres and 180 degree platform rotation, makes working underneath bridge structures safe and easy.
The under-bridge platform has a system to allow communication between platform and deck, as well as a tracked bucket to allow maximum flexibility underneath the bridge.
Our bridge builders use the platform for efficient and safe bridge rehabilitation, repair and strengthening work, including culvert construction. The platform is also available for hire from DC Projects, including a licensed and experienced operator providing professional bridge inspection services.
Under-bridge baskets for hire
Portable and quickly assembled, these versatile baskets are engineer-certified to Australian Standards, providing safe work access to the underneath of bridge structures with minimal disruption to traffic.
EWP and excavator
The DC Projects team also has access to a 1.7-tonne excavator and an all-terrain EWP with a 14-metre vertical reach and 6-metre horizontal reach. Our team is accredited in EWP, skid steer and excavator operation.
Trucks & mobile site hut
We can supply two crane trucks – an Isuzu 600 with 3-tonne crane and an Isuzu 600 with 2-tonne crane – as well as a track-mounted boom lift and a 6-metre mobile site hut.
